The grand finale of Bigg Boss Malayalam 6 concluded with Jinto, a physical trainer, emerging victorious amidst much excitement and fanfare. The finale, which took place on June 16, marked the culmination of weeks of drama and competition within the reality show's house.
Jinto was awarded a cash prize of Rs 50 lakhs as the winner of Bigg Boss Malayalam 6. However, as revealed later in a video shared by the title winner's gift sponsor, businessman CJ Roy, the actual amount Jinto received after tax deductions was Rs 34,40000, this deduction was due to a gift tax of Rs 15,60000 on the prize money. Despite the deduction, Jinto was visibly thrilled and grateful for the recognition and support he received throughout the season.
In addition to Jinto, the grand finale also acknowledged Arjun Syam, who secured the second position, and Jasmin Jaffar, who secured the third position. Their efforts and performances throughout the season were celebrated during the event, underscoring their popularity among viewers.
For the unversed, the first-season winner received a luxurious flat worth 1 crore rupees, while the winner of the third season winner received a flat worth 75 lakh rupees. The fourth and fifth winners received prize money of 50 lakhs.
