Bigg Boss Malayalam 5 Grand Finale: Countdown begins for the gala event

Countdown begins for the much-awaited grand finale of Bigg Boss Malayalam 5. The show, which started with 18 contestants, currently has 8 of them competing for the title. Announcing the grand finale, the team has shared a teaser featuring host Mohanlal.
"Though the game kickstarted at a slow pace, it gained momentum as it progressed. We have seen people playing individually and even in groups to reach the target.We have seen many game plans in this war of originals. Who will win, just four days to go," the host says in the video.

Bigg Boss Malayalam 5 will have the eventful grand finale on Sunday (July 2).
Contestants Nadira Mehrin, Cerena Johnson, Sobha Viswanath, Junaiz VP, Reneesha Rahiman, Akhil Marar, and Shiju AR are currently competing in the game. Notably, transgender model Nadira Mehrin made it to the finale week after winning the 'Ticket to Finale' task.

Currently, the housemates are playing the 'Money Box' task. In the task, the contestants are offered a whooping prize money to leave the house. In the recent episode, Nadira was seen showing interest to take up the offer, but later she changed the plan.
Bigg Boss Malayalam 5, hosted by superstar Mohanlal, had its grand launch on March 26. The show welcomed 18 contestants from different walks of life. Later, three wildcard entrants also joined them in the competition.
