Bigg Boss Malayalam 5 gets a battle-theme: See pics of Tharavadu model front elevation to dynamites and grenades in the confession room

The grand launch of Bigg Boss Malayalam 5 is just hours away and the fans are going gaga over it. The makers are keen on exciting the viewers with everything about the show and the grand BB mansion is no exception. The Bigg Boss house set up in Mumbai is nothing but a mix of craziness and artistic brilliance this year. Designed by art director Omung Kumar, the BB house is no less than a piece of art. Here is everything you need to know about the house.

Inspired by the Tharavadu model of architecture, the front elevation of the Bigg Boss mansion replicates a traditional Kerala house. With pillars and mural art on the wall, it is sure to bring some nostalgia to both contestants as well as the viewers.

The main door is designed in the shape of an old warship this time. The unique design has 3D projections of cannons all over it.

The bedroom looks a bit scary this time. When one side of the wall is covered with drawings of Kathakali faces, other wall has got 3D designs of quite scary faces. Just like in the previous season, there is no separate room for men and women. Also, there is no special captain room like last year.

Unlike the former seasons, the garden area will have a large dining table this time. Along with the swimming pool and gym, the area has many seating arrangements too. The wall art with rowing boats adds glam to the area.

Similar to the last season, the house has got a balcony this time too. However, the design is such that the housemates will get a beachside vibe there. Along with 3d illustrations of birds and tender coconut, the balcony has got a vintage rickshaw too.

This time also the jail can be spotted outside the house. Interestingly, a seating arrangement can be seen near the jail which is sure to stage some heated conversations between contestants and the 'prisoners'.

Well, the living area isn't as pleasant as it was last year. The scariness hidden in the house starts to reflect from here. When the flooring has got a lotus design, the walls are full of paintings and 3D designs of animals. Interstingly, different from the former seasons, instead of a single long couch, the living room has separate seats made with wood, cushions, bamboo, and more.

The dining area has got a 16-seater table and the chairs have cushion covers with an animal skin design. Interestingly, the large fish-shaped chandelier is the key attraction of the area.

The kitchen has got a traditional touch this time. Notably, an arch above the kitchen has got chapati rollers hanging from above. There are artworks on either side giving it a wow look.

The washroom area has got a greenhouse theme this time. The area is filled with bamboo and plant designs.

Undoubtedly, the confession room is sure to shock every contestant as well as the viewers. Depicting the theme of the show, the room is filled with war equipment. From dynamite to rocket launchers, it is sure to evoke a bit of scare.

The seating arrangement in the washroom area has got a unique eye design on the wall. The Bigg Boss eye surrounded with straws resembles the traditional 'Alavattam' used in temple processions.

The house is filled with chit-chat corners this time. Will the places witness the blooming of some love stories or become the secret spot for discussing war strategies? Only time will tell.
