Noby Marcose, who was selected as the captain, has given his charge to Rithu in the weekend episode.
In the episode, host
Mohanlal mentioned Anoop's brilliant performance in the captaincy task. For the unversed,
Anoop Krishnan
played the task on behalf of Noby as the latter quit the task stating his health issues. During the interaction, the host asked Noby whether he wishes to give the captaincy to someone else, as he had already been the captain before. Noby shared that he wishes to give the responsibility to Rithu, as she hasn't become the captain yet. He also mentioned that Rithu had also played a captaincy task on his behalf earlier. Later, Noby announced Rithu as the new captain of the house.
As a reply to this, Rithu said that she is happy to get the chance and she thanked Noby for the opportunity.
On the other hand, Noby received much criticism from netizens for skipping physical tasks in the house. He was trolled for becoming the captain after Anoop's brilliant performance in the recent captaincy task.
