Athmasakhi written update, May 09, 2018 : Narayanan creates panic

In the latest episode of Athmasakhi, Roy brings Narayanan to the police station. Satyan starts questioning him but eventually realises that he is mentally unstable. When questioned about the reason behind coming to the city, Narayanan answers that he is in search of his lost dream. Satyan sets him free and suggests him to leave the city.
IG calls Satyan after hearing his plan of reopening Manimuttam hospital.IG warns him about the case and informs that it is risky because a few medical companies are against the hospital. Satyan answers that the whole family is ready to face any consequence.
Narayanan goes to the Manimuttam hospital and observes that it has been closed. He mourns that this is the place, where he lost all of his dreams, family and life. He cries and sleeps in front of the main door.
In Manimuttam, the discussion of reopening the hospital has begun. Satyan confesses that they need an effective plan or else it will be risky to run the hospital. Nandita seems to be strong to fight against the medicine companies, which are threatening them about the hospital.
Meanwhile, Satyan receives a call that a person is found dead in front of their hospital building. Whole family panics. Satyan rushes to the spot.
Satyan finds that it’s none other than Narayanan but he isn’t dead. He was sleeping in front of the hospital. Satyan wakes him up and asks him to leave.
