Malayalam TV is all set to have another family drama. The show '
Koodevide
' will portray the life of Surya, an ambitious girl and her struggles to reach her goals. Actress Anshitha, who gained attention with her antagonist character in the show 'Kabani' will be playing the lead protagonist in the show.
Notably, the show will mark the comeback of actor
Krishna Kumar to Malayalam TV. The actor, who was earlier seen playing meaty roles in evergreen shows like '
Sthree
', 'Swantham' and 'Kadamattathu Kathanaar', took a break from the industry after 'Malayogam'. Later, he was seen in the Tamil shows '
Thangam
' and '
Abhirami'. Apparently, it is after 12 years that the actor will be playing a lead character in a Malayalam serial.
Along with him, the show will also mark the debut of actress Sreedhanya in fiction shows. She is popular among Malayalam cinephiles for her characters in films like 'Manglish', 'Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu' and more. In 'Koodevide', she will be playing the role of Teacheramma aka Aditi.
Seetha actor Bipin Jose will be playing the hero of this family drama.
