Actor Anil Murali passes away at 56; here's a look at his TV journey

Malayalam actor Anil Murali passed away on Thursday (July 30). The 56-year-old who was undergoing treatment for liver-related ailments breathed his last at a private hospital in Kochi. Even though Anil is popular for his villain characters in Malayalam movies, the actor started his career playing supporting roles in TV.

' in 2005 with which he shot to fame. The actor went on to bag some good characters in films later. After a break, Anil was seen in serials like 'Sindhooracheppu' and 'Chakravakam'. Lastly, the actor was seen in the TV sequel of evergreen Malayalam movie, 'Akashadooth', which had actress-producer Chippy playing the lead.
