Malayalam TV and film actress Renjusha Menon found dead. The 35-year-old actress was spotted hanged at her flat at Sreekaryam, Thiruvananthapuram on Monday (October 30) morning.
As per the updates, the proceedings are on at her flat where she was living with her husband, Manoj, who is also working in the TV industry. The actress' body was found hanging with a saree in her bedroom and it looks like she died by suicide. The family got suspicious as her room was locked for long on Monday morning. Later when the door was forced open she was found hanging. The inquest is being prepared and later the body will be taken for autopsy. The police have started the probe to find out the cause of the suicide.
Renjusha is one of the known faces in the entertainment industry. The actress was seen playing supporting roles in both movies and TV serials. A native of Kochi, Renjusha started her career as an anchor on a TV channel and made her acting debut on the small screen with the serial 'Sthree' and went on to feature in other projects such as 'Nizhalattam,' 'Magalude Amma,' and 'Balamani', among others. Lastly, she was seen playing one of the leads in 'Aanandaragam'. She was also playing a humourous role in the sitcom 'Varan Doctaranu'. Her character in 'Ente Mathavu', 'Mrs Hitler', and other shows also gained her attention. Along with serials, she was also seen as a contestant in the celebrity cookery show, 'Celebrity Kitchen Magic'.
On the other hand, she was also seen in movies like 'City Of God' and 'Merikkundoru Kunjadu'.
