that
popular soap opera Paaru
will soon end its journey on television. The show has Amulya Gowda,
Rachana Smith, Niranjan,
Yamuna Srinidhi and Padma Vasanthi in lead roles. The serial went on air in May 2018.
After lockdown, the serial managed to retain its slot because of the its popularity among viewers. According to sources, since the story is ending, the makers are contemplating ending the show. With this serial, Amulya Gowda rose to fame as
Kamali. The serial completed 700 episodes in November.
In the serial, Amulya, as Kamali, is a Kabaddi player who dreams to achieve big in the sport. But the past of her mother comes back to haunt her. With a supporting grandfather and instructor, she gets an ideal chance to move to the city and proceed with her training through a scholarship that she gets from the college. In the college, she faces harassment from Anika, played by Rachana, but later gets to know that she is her relative. The serial is directed by Aravind Kaushik.
