Get set to watch the new serial Maharani from Monday. The serial is about a bond shared between a grandmother and her granddaughter. The serial will be aired from Monday to Saturday.

Prior to starting the serial, an extensive audition campaign named ‘Are you the Maharani’ was held in various districts of Karnataka, thousands of aspirants were auditioned, but it was Mangaluru girl Rashmitha Chengappa who bagged the lead role ‘Avani’.
