Janaki is a humble girl who is loved by everyone and is a devotee of lord Sriramachandra. Her family has an ancient Rama statue which is worshiped by her every day. Janaki gets to know a story of Rama statue getting separated from Seetha from her granny, which motivates her to reunite Rama statue with Seetha one. She even teaches underprivileged children in the same Rama temple. Raghava is the son of business tycoon Shankar Rao, who is raised by is aunty Katyayini, whom he calls as mother, as Raghava mother dies while giving birth to him. Unfortunately,

wants good things to happen only to her biological son Bharath, who blindly follows his brother Raghava.

In an unexpected turn of events, Raghava goes to Janaki’s village and meets her. Janaki marries Raghava with the only intention to find Seetha’s statue, so will she able to find Seeta’s statue is the crux of the story. After getting married, she faces hurdles from Katyayini and Swathi, who wanted to marry Raghava. Will Katyayini succeed in disrupting Raghava and Janaki’s peace of mind is what will keep the audience on their toes. Parallely, another character, Anji, an underprivileged kid, helps Janaki in finding the Seetha statue. A majority of shooting has taken place amid the rich greenery of Chikamagaluru. Actors Padmaja Rao, Guru Hegde, Sundarashree and Sharmitha Gowda are seen in pivotal roles.

The serial is directed by Vinu Balanji, a veteran of 20 years on the small screen. He has directed serials like Preeti Illade mele, Jogula, Chitte Hejje, Ninnolumeyindale, Love Lavike and Niharika. Nikhil is the producer. Gurukiran has composed the music for the title song.
