Veteran actress Girija Lokesh to play a cameo role in 'Sundari'

Veteran Kannada actress Girija Lokesh will soon be featuring in the daily soap 'Sundari'. The actress is all set to make a guest appearance in the show. She has already shot for the upcoming episode of the show which will soon be aired.
However, further details about her on-screen character in Sundari are yet to be awaited. On the other hand, Girija's entry into the daily soap will also introduce a new twist.
Besides 'Sundari', Girija Lokesh also features in the daily soap 'Sathya'. She essays the character 'Girijamma', who is the grandmother to the female protagonists.
Meanwhile, Sundari is the story of a girl who faces discrimination for her dark skin, yet battles the adversities in life. She is a kind hearted woman but struggles to find the right guy to get married to.
The show has actors Sameeip Acharya and Aishwarya Pisse in the lead roles. While Aishwarya Pisse was last seen on TV playing the lead role in the show 'Sarvamangala Mangalye', Sameeip is also not new to the Kannada audience. He was last seen in the daily soap 'Raksha Bandhana' in a key role.
Recently, Sundari successfully completed its run of 300 episodes. The entire team celebrated the milestone by cutting a cake on the sets of the show.
