, has signed a new movie called Marlin, directed by
Shreyansh jain
. The actor had recently posted the first look poster of the movie, which is a horror thriller. In the intriguing poster, Swathi can be seen holding a candle in the dark.
Although she has an upcoming film, Swathi says that she is looking at balancing work on the small and big screen this year. So, Swathi, who replaced
Archana to be a part of Gattimela, will continue to be on the show, where her character Suhasini continues to have new revelations that bring twists in the story line. In fact, most recently, she realised that Vikranth Vasishta, who met with an accident is recovering in the ICU, is not her son.
Swathi has earlier participated in the reality show Pyaate Hudugir Halli Lifu and the soap operas Nagakannike and Ranganayaki.
