Shankar Mahadevan sings for Kannada serial

Renowned playback singer Shankar Mahadevan has crooned the title track of the upcoming Kananda soap opera Ananda Bhairavi, which will be aired on

Udaya channel

, from July 25 at 9pm, from Monday to Friday.

has penned the lyrics and

Sunand Goutham

has composed the music.

Majority of the serial has been shot at Kashi. Sachin Kademad and Chandana Devaraj are playing the lead role. Sachin will be seen as aghori in the serial. Chandana is esaying the role of a girl who returns to India, after staying in USA. The serial has Rajgopal Joshi, Sushma Nanaiah and Vasanth in the supporting cast. Renuka Prasad has directed the serial.
