Powerstar Puneeth Rajkumar's sudden and shocking demise has sent shockwaves in the Kannada film and TV industry with many celebrities grieving his loss. Many Kannada TV celebs have taken to their social media handles to share their fondest memories with the late actor.

Aishu always dreamed of sharing the screen space with the Power Star. "Dream of working with you came to an end. Such an amazing person, so humble. You'll be terribly missed. Om Shanti Puneeth Sir," wrote Aishwarya as she remembered the actor.

"This picture expresses everything and is enough to show our bonding. Appu I'm speechless, what was the urgent? You have no idea what we all are going through. This is not fair. this picture is 30 years old. You never changed, though you were a power star. I miss you Appu. I will cherish every moment I spent with you. My deepest heartfelt condolences to all family members. OM Shanti," mourned Sunil Puranik.

Speaking with ETimes TV, Anjali said, "Back then, I remember Appu saying that he watched my movie 'Tarle nan Maga' twelve times. All these conversations are now only a memory. Appu was very down to earth. He was a true 'Devata Manushya' (God's man) in real life. I used to never feel he was an artist. That's the warmth we shared."

Skanda shared a throwback picture of Puneeth Rajkumar clicked with his beloved late uncle V G Siddharth on his official social media account and mentioned, "#two of my favorites #epitome of humility, genuinely connected souls, talent, ever joyous, love spreading beings, I wish a lot of people I know now knew them truly inspirational. The actress, who shares a close bond with the Rajkumar family, is extremely disheartened upon learning the news of Puneeth's sudden demise. She took a stroll down memory lane and penned an emotional note which reads, "When I called him Puneet sir for the first time… he said Nainaaa don’t call me sir… call me Appu …. :( The most humble being I have ever worked with. Words cannot express the pain and memories that you have left behind.

This small screen actor was fortunate enough to make his acting debut under Puneeth Rajkumar's banner. Jay on his Instagram handle mentioned, "Humble and soft-hearted person, helpful, youth icon for Us. I am very proud and humble that I worked under your banner and that being My launch in tv industry years ago, thank you, May your soul rest in peace sir," (sic)

Dancing star winner and actress Hitha Chandrashekar penned an emotional note on her Instagram handle to express her deepest thoughts over the shocking demise of the power star. She shared a selfie clicked with the late actor and wrote, "This was the only time I got to meet him. His positive energy, his warmth, his embrace, and his humility are unparalleled. Grateful to him for who he was and the impact he’s left on all of us. He’s in our hearts, he lives on through his cinema, the multiple talents he recognised and provided a platform to, the hearts he touched and made a difference to." (sic)

When he had done a video call from Kashmir saying he would meet me after coming back to Bangalore just shows how grounded he was and always appreciative towards everyone be it small or big.
