Rajath Kishan files police complaint against Dog Satish for using Kiccha Sudeep's song in an alleged objectionable social media post
A social media video posted by reality TV personality Satish Cadaboms, popularly known as Dog Satish from Bigg Boss Kannada, has triggered widespread outrage and a formal police complaint from fellow contestant Rajath Kishan.
The controversy erupted after Satish uploaded a video on Instagram showing him urinating in a public place, with the background music featuring the popular track Dadaa Yaar Gotta? from the film Mark, starring Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep. Many viewers found the combination of the visuals and the song inappropriate and disrespectful.
The clip quickly went viral, drawing sharp criticism from fans of Sudeep and members of the Kannada entertainment industry. Objecting to the content, Rajath Kishan approached the Banasankari Police Station and lodged a complaint against Satish. In his petition, Rajath reportedly stated that using a celebrated actor’s song in what he described as an indecent act amounted to an insult and hurt the sentiments of fans.
According to sources, the complaint seeks legal action against Satish for allegedly posting objectionable content and tarnishing the image of the actor associated with the song. Rajath has also urged authorities to ensure the removal of the video from social media platforms.
The issue has also sparked reactions from other Bigg Boss alumni and netizens, with many calling for responsible social media behaviour from public figures. Several fans argued that celebrities and reality show participants have a larger influence on audiences and must exercise caution in the content they share online.
Meanwhile, Satish has not issued a detailed public clarification regarding the controversy at the time of publishing. It remains unclear whether police will register a formal FIR or initiate further legal proceedings.
The incident has once again highlighted the growing scrutiny around social media conduct among television personalities, particularly those who gain prominence through reality shows and enjoy a strong digital following.
