Despite, the shooting of Hitler Kalyana restarting in June in Bengaluru amid the pandemic, the airing of the show, which was supposed to happen on July 19, has been pushed. The show has Dileep Raj and newbie Malaika T Vasupal in lead roles and is directed by Thrishool.
According to sources, “The channel is looking for prime time slots in the evening hours. Once it is fixed, all the decks will be cleared to premiere the show, which has created high expectations with its promos.” The show marks Dileep Raj’s comeback to the small screen after a long break. Dileep Raj, who is also the producer of the serial, is playing the role of a popular hotelier who becomes rich by being a chef. The serial, which is the remake of the
Telugu
serial Hitler Gari Pellam, also has Nandini, Padmini, Durga,
Neha Patil, Abhinaya,
Ravi Bhat and Vidya Murthy in significant roles.
In an interview with

, Dileep Raj had said, “I got involved in producing serials to nurture young talent by sharing my knowledge under my home banner. I am glad that I am back facing the camera and arch lights, which are always my first love.”
