The narcotics squad of Bengaluru police have issued notice to
Kannada
rapper andBigg Boss Kannada
winner Chandan Shetty for a song Anthya which he recorded three years ago. The song which is about marijuana is banned in India as it could influence people to consume Marijuana. The song was uploaded online in July 2015.The police had issued Chandan Shetty a notice to appear for questioning by August 24, but Chandan Shetty failed to appear before the police. Despite calling Chandan Shetty several times, police are yet to contact Chandan Shetty, who became the winner of the famous television show Bigg Boss Kannada season 5.
