No more mind games after Guruprasad's exit on Bigg Boss?
The director-actor received flak for being a chameleon in the house
Director and actor Guruprasad, who is known for his thought provoking cinema in Sandalwood, was a late entry into the Bigg Boss house in the second season of Bigg Boss Kannada, but his presence has led to a lot of debate and drama throughout and it reached its peak last week when Deepika Kamaiah's father asked him to stop playing games using his daughter as the scapegoat in the house. Incidentally, Guruprasad made an exit in the same week, giving rise to speculations whether the viewers too were tired of his mind games in the house. A lot of responses on social media indicate that people thought the director-actor had made TV host and actor Akul Balaji his puppet and mouthpiece in the house and used him to propagate his views and rules on how to live in the house. While Akul was the only one who was visibly upset during the elimination, the girls (Deepika, Swetha Chengappa and Anupama Bhat) and Srujan Lokesh told host Kichcha Sudeep that they felt Guruprasad was the one who was completely fake in the house. Will Guruprasad's exit ensure peace in the last two weeks in the house, without much politics and mind games? Or will his trusted cronie Akul take over and ensure that there will be some mind games in the house? We'll get to know in the episodes that follow...
