Nisha Ravikrishnan forays into Sandalwood

Small screen actresses continue to foray into the Kannada film industry. After Megha Shetty from the serial Jothe Jotheyalli and Mokshitha Pai from Paaru, Nisha Ravikrishnan is the latest actress from the television industry to make her Sandalwood debut, with the movie Andodittu Kaala.
Nisha, who rose to fame essaying the character Rowdy Baby aka Amulya in the popular serial Gattimela which is consistently topping top charts, has been paired opposite Vinay Rajkumar in Andodittu Kaala.The film, which also has Aditi Prabhudeva in the female lead, is a romantic love story.
Speaking during the muhurath which was recently held at a temple, Nisha had said, "I can't ask for a better launchpad to enter Sandalwood than this movie. I am excited to share screen space with Vinay Rajkumar. My role in Andodittu Kaala is completely opposite to what I am doing in Gattimela, where I play a talkative girl." The film marks the debut of Keerthi as a director. Bhuvan Suresh is the producer. Raghavendra V has composed the music. Abhishek Kasargod is the cinematographer and shooting will begin this month
