in the female lead marks the return of comedian Ali to Sandalwood.

Manju Pavagada says, “I am looking forward to working with Rajeev

Hanu

who is one of my best friends was first met in the Bigg Boss house. Since then, our friendship has blossomed. I am sure our camaraderie will reflect on screen. The story is set in a college. There is a twist in my character which will be revealed only in the climax.” Manju is flooded with filmi offers after winning Bigg Boss. He is waiting for performance-oriented roles to prove his mettle as an actor. “I am hearing plenty of stories. I don’t want to stick to only comedy roles. I want to explore different scripts so that I can have a long career in Sandalwood,” he adds. He is keen even to return to television if he gets interesting offers. “It is the television which gave me this life. I am always willing to come back to television with shows which can strike a chord with viewers.” He also has films like Bhajarangi 2 Dasappa and Dvesha in the pipeline

Director Vijay CM plans to begin shooting from October, he adds, “Manju is known for his comic prowess. His character is written in such a way it will create a laugh riot. We have planned the first schedule of shoot in Bengaluru before commencing the second schedule in pristine locations of Chikkamagaluru.”
