Incidents of cyberbullying, faced by celebrities, are reportedly increasing. Gagan Chinapa, Kiran Raj, Mansi Joshi, Raghu Gowda, and others had been a victim of social media imposters.
Recently, actress Manasa Joshi too became a victim of a similar incident. The actress took to her Instagram handle to alert fans regarding a fake Instagram profile in her name.
Manasa, on her official Instagram handle, shared a post where she is alerting fans about the fake profile. In the post, Manasa avered, "GKindly help me report this account. my official account is just @masasajoshi," (sic).
The actress requested everyone not to accept the friend request from the fake account as many are receiving foul messages from the person who has created the fake account.
After that Manasa shared the link and the screenshot of the fake Instagram profile created in her name and requested everyone to report and block it.
On the work front, Manasa Joshi was last seen on Kannada television with the daily soap Mangala Gowri Maduve. She essayed the role of a strong and powerful lady named 'Rajeshwari' in the show. However, considering the storyline, her on-screen character was short-lived. Needless to say, the actress was much appreciated for her acting skills in Mangala Gowri Maduve.
Currently, the actress is enjoying her motherhood. She is recently blessed with a baby girl and is living every bit of being a new-mommy. Manasa has named her daughter Paarthavi.
