Mahaparva's Chintadri off to Morocco

Theatre turned television serial actor Shashank Purushotham who is best known for his role as Chintadri in the popular television serial Mahaparva, soon going to be heading out of the country. The actor will be travelling to Morocco, where he will be part of a troupe that will stage a play.
The actor says that he is off to October to stage what is going to be a landmark play in his life.Shashank will be a part of the troupe that stages The Prophet And The Poet. The play deals with the exchange of letters between Mahatma Gandhi and Rabindranath Tagore. Shashank says the lines were quite challenging since the two protagonists are well-read graduates from England, so getting the diction right was a big task.
Shashank staged the plat at the Sabarmati Ashram, where Gandhi lived for a good part of his life, and is ecstatic that his troupe was the first one to stage a play there.
