Lakshmi gets Dr Rajkumar award
The Karnataka state government has awarded Dr Rajkumar to actress and television show Lakshmi. The selection committee headed by actor Srinivasa Murthy has recommended the name of veteran actress Lakshmi for the award.
Lakshmi has acted in Malayalalm, Tamil, Hindi, Bengali and Telugu movies. The actress is now hosting the show Sadaa Nimmondhige which aids people who are in financial distress.
The show is aired only on Sunday at 9pm.
