As per the latest update in the show, Bhuvi gathers courage and informs Harsha about the attack on her at the party organised by Varudhini. With Bhuvi's revelation, Harsha grows furious and lashes out at her for hiding the truth from him. He further informs her about his decision in taking a licensed gun.

Later, Harsha meets up with an unidentified man and makes a purchase. After a discussion, it is revealed that Harsha has purchased a gun from the person who is revealed to be a licensed gun seller.

The next day, Harsha meets Bhuvi and discusses Rathnamala's birthday plans. While Harsha steps out of the car to fetch a cup of tea, Bhuvi notices a gun inside the car. Left with no other option, Harsha comes clean to Bhuvi about buying a licensed gun, which leads to a heated argument between them.

On the contrary, with Harsha having purchased a gun for his safety, Sanya decides to apply for a pistol license too, and shares the news with her family members. Rathnamala is outraged by the news and questions Sanya regarding her decision.
