The much-awaited game show 'Kannadada Kotyadhipathi' is all set to air the fourth edition once again. The show will be aired on a leading Kannada General Entertainment Channel (GEC).
The concept of the show is taken from the popular Hindi game show '
Kaun Banega Crorepati
', which is hosted by
Amitabh Bachchan. Needless to say, it turned to be an instant hit even in Kannada television.
Unlike the previous season, the fourth season created a buzz ever since it premiered. In fact, the makers had promised to make it even more interesting and entertaining to the audience.
The 'Power star' of the Kannada film industry,
Puneeth Rajkumar hosted the show. Although the actor had hosted the first two seasons of the show,
Ramesh Aravind hosted the third season.
However, Puneeth made a comeback with the fourth season and entertained the audience in his style.
The season four of Kannada Kotyadipathi also welcomed a few celebs like Jayaram Karthik, Niveditha Gowda,
Prathap Simha, Tejasvi Surya, Akul Balaji, and many others. The celebs played for a cause and donated the cash prize won by them in the game to the needy.
Youth politicians Prathap Simha and Tejasvi Surya participated in the game and donated the winning amount to the needy people who had lost their house due to flood.
Besides,
Kannadada Kotyadipathi
also aired special episodes exclusively for school children. The team handpicked the children across the state who participated in the show.
