television stars like Anushree, Krishi Thapanda, Chaithra Rao, Chandan Shetty, Sukurtha Nag, Sonu Patil and Shalini have condemned the death of college student Madhu in

on social media pages with the hashtag #justiceformadhu.

Shalini on her Instgaram page posted, “ If i was allowed to use abusive words on social media ,i would go ahead and rant my heart out . I really wonder what was the thoughts running in those cannibals minds when they did what they did to her ? I am wondering whether those heinous culprits will be ever be punished ? I wonder what kind of a world are we living in ? Above all i wonder what MADHU felt, thought and went through with no one to help her during her ordeal.... #justiceformadhu”

An engineering student Madhu was allegedly found raped and murdered at Raichur and she was even forced to write a suicide letter. According to media reports, the half-burnt body of madhu was found hanging near a tree.
