Ibbani's mother-actress Supreetha Shetty shared the same on her Instagram handle. Supreetha on her Instagram handle mentioned that it was host
Anupama Gowda who inspired Ibbani to take up this step of donating her hair to make wigs for cancer patients.
The actress in her Instagram post went on to mention that Ibbani was very curious to know the reason behind
Anupama
chopping her hair as she had posted the same on Instagram a few days ago. When explained that Anupama had decided to chop her hair for a cause, Supreetha stated that Ibbani was very excited about the same and wanted to follow the footsteps of Anupama. Hence, Ibbani came up with the thought of donating her long hair for a cause on her birthday.
Amazed by Ibbani's thoughts, the parents decided to support the little one and got her long hair donated for a noble cause.
On the other hand, upon learning the fact that Ibbani is inspired by her gesture, host Anupama Gowda too penned a note on her Instagram handle which reads, "What can I say? This is what I call maturity and kindness. She has got it all. Now she inspires me to be kind and many more to come forward and donate. I love you Puttani (sic)"
