Actress Tara made her debut as a judge with the couple-based reality show Raja Rani, which is aired only on weekends. The show hosted by
Anupama Gowda and also judged by
Srujan Lokesh, is on air on Saturday and Sunday at 7.30 pm.
Speaking to a regional news channel, Tara said, “There are 12 couples on the show who are from different backgrounds and even their age group differs, which adds spice to the show. I am getting to learn many things about relationships from them. What makes Raja Rani unique is it won’t have sob stories and a usual way of expressing feelings. We have contestants who will go through real life sequences which connect even judges. I have known Srujan Lokesh for a very long time so judging with him makes my job easier.”
The couples who are participating in the reality show are Chandan Shetty-Niveditha Gowda, Neha Gowda-Chandan, Choreographer Murugananda-Ishitha Varsha, Sameer Acharya-Shravani,Sowmya-Praveen, Roopa Prabhakar- Prashanth, Pavan Venugopal-Suman, Sanjay Shastry-Sinchana,
