Geetha Bhat turns actor

Singer Geetha Bhat has turned to acting. She will be seen in the lead in the new tele-serial ‘Brahmagantu’. The plot is about an overweight girl who is desperate to find the man of her dreams. Her biggest problem is her weight.

plays a character named Gundamma. Ramesh, who is directing the serial, said it was a challenge to find a suitable actor for this role. But Geetha was game for it. Veteran director-actor TS Nagabharana returns to the small screen with this serial.
