While Vedhanth rushes Vikranth to the nearby hospital after the accident, Arthi reveals a shocking truth. Considering the incidents before the accident took place, Arthi informs Vedanth that they were being followed by someone from the time they left home. She also mentions Vikranth's unusual behaviour after he received the stranger's call.
Amulya too shares her suspicion along with Arthi. The latter informs Vedanth about the speed limit of the car which hit Vikranth suddenly. Having heard Arthi and Amulya's point of view, Vedanth too grows suspicious about the same. He decides to take things under his control and tries to learn the mystery behind Vikranth's accident.
Vedanth further walks towards Vikranth's medical ward in the hospital and is disheartened to see Vikranth in the ICU. He gets teary-eyed as he reminisces all the happy moments spent with his brother Vikranth.
On the other hand, although Sarthak refrains from informing Adhya about Vikranth's accident, the latter learns about it. She further stays adamant and asks the family members to take her to the hospital along with them.
