The title is taken from a super hit movie Jothe Jotheyali which had Ramya and Prem in the lead roles. Gattimela

Gattimela was one of the most popular movies of Shruthi Krishna and S Mahender. In the telly world, Gattimela portrays the struggles of a lower-middle-class family.

This newly launched daily soap is indeed inspired by one of the late actor Puneeth Rajkumar's movies as a child actor. The original film was all about 'Ramu', a poor boy and an avid reader, who works hard to save money for buying his favourite book, the new daily soap is about a village belle 'Hoovi', who is brilliant and dreams of a bright future in the city.

6/10

Manasella Neene

This title is borrowed from Nagendra Prasad's 'Manasella Neene'. Till now, Manasella Neene happens to be the best movie in Nagendra's career. However, the serial Manasella Neene is all about Raga, a doting mother to her little boy Preetu.

7/10

Kasturinivasa

Kasturinivasa is one of the best movies of legendary Kannada actor Dr. Rajkumar. Interestingly, the show 'Kasturinivasa' also has a similar plot when compared to the movie. The popular daily soap has Dileep Shetty and Amrutha Ramamoorthy in the lead.

8/10

Ramachaari

Ramachaari is indeed one of the most powerful fictitious characters that Kannada audiences have ever seen on screen to date. With regards to the same, daily soap ‘Ramachari’ is a gripping story on the economics of love that showcases the story of a poor man and a rich girl falling in love and their struggle to win life.

Sangarsha

Yet another Kannada daily soap that was titled after the iconic 1993 movie 'Sangarsha'. The show is about a young aspiring woman, who becomes the sub-collector of a district that is being dominated by an arrogant and powerful woman named Byradevi.

10/10

Kendasampige
