Friend throws surprise bachelorette party for Ashika Padukone

Ashika Padukone had the time of her life at a surprise bachelorette party that one of her friends planned for her in Bengaluru.
“One of my friends planned the party as a surprise. The ones who attended have been my friends since the last eight years. It was wonderful to spend time with them,” Ashika said.

The party had a black-and-white theme and Ashika cut a special cake with her friends.
The actress, who is getting hitched to Chetan Shetty on October 19, had got engaged in Udupi last year. The wedding had to be pushed to this year due to the pandemic, but Ashika is glad that her friends are chipping in with the wedding preparations.
In an earlier interview with BT, Ashika had said, “To be honest, I was not ready for marriage, but it was my mother who introduced me to Chetan. We started talking to each other during the lockdown. Chetan is very calm and composed and is a lot like my father.”
