Exclusive! I feel it will more like a training phase to me since we are planning to have kids: Niranjan Deshpande on Nannamma Superstar 2

After the success of reality show Gicchi Gili Gili, Niranjan Deshpande is gearing up to host yet another new show. Niranjan has been roped in to host the upcoming season of the reality show 'Nannamma Superstar' season 2 for mothers and kids and is looking forward to entertaining viewers to the fullest.
Talking to ETimes TV about the same, a thrilled Niranjan Deshpande shared, "I am so excited to host Nanamma Superstar.I personally find the bond between a mother and a child to be a divine one. There are a lot of emotions connected with it. And hosting Nannamma Superstar is a blend of everything."
Niranjan avers that he was a little skeptical before giving a nod to host the reality show.
"Oh! It is quite a task to impress a child. And one who manages to win the heart of a child is a true winner. So, initially, I was a little skeptical about hosting Nannamma Superstar. There were many thoughts that were running through my mind. I was a little unclear if I could manage to build a rapport with the kids on the reality show. You need to be sober with the kids. They are innocent and pure souls," shared the host.
He further added, "There is a lot of difference when it comes to hosting a reality show with the adults and children. With adults, you somehow manage to vibe with them as we might share the same wavelength. You can be a little expressive. On the other hand, with kids, it's entirely different. Despite hosting many shows in my career, I was very nervous when we shot the first episode of Nannamma Superstar."
Nonetheless, the host also avers that he did have a good time shooting for the first episode of Nannamma Superstar.
"Luckily, the kids liked me during the shoot of the first episode itself. We built a rapport and had cute conversations. I was very surprised by the warmth I received from the kids. Moreover, the selection of contestants is mind-blowing. Each one of them is equally talented and naughty. To be honest, more than a host, I am the biggest fan and spectator of Nannamma Superstar," shared Niranjan.

"I personally shared a great bond with her from the time I started hosting Gicchi Gili Gili. She is a charmer. Vanishika as a co-host in Nannamma Superstar was fun. She just makes her appearance on stage whenever she feels like it. She gives her one-liners, distracts the other kids, plays along with them, and whatnot! She is very spontaneous and just does what she likes, that's it."
Niranjan adds, "I feel that's what Nannamma Superstar is all about. It is all about bringing the natural talent of the kids. Not just Vanshika as a host, but even the other kids who are participants have that space to have fun. There is no script or anything for them. They just love to have fun and will grab all the attention. It's more like a kindergarten for them."
On the contrary, Niranjan Deshpande says patience is the key in the process. "By having kids around you, one gets to adapt patience in your lifestyle. This is important to follow in the future as well. Since myself and my wife are planning to have kids, I feel Nannamma Superstar is more like a training phase to me. In fact, my wife has also asked me to mentally prepare myself to take up the responsibilities of the kid. In that way, I guess this reality show will help me know more about kids' nature," he opines.
The seasoned host concludes by promising an entertaining season 2. "As the promo gives a hint, it's double the entertainment with Nannamma Superstar season 2 this time. it is going to be one hell of a reality show with loads of fun and emotional connection," Niranjan signs off.''
