Months after its theatrical release, Kannada blockbuster movie 'Kranti' will soon be premiering on the small screens. The movie is all set for a world television premiere on July 16 at prime timeslot.
featuring Darshan in the lead role, Kranti, will be airing on a general Kannada entertainment channel that airs daily soaps like Anandaraga, Gouripurada Gayyaligalu, Sevanthi, Janani, Nayanatara, and many others.
The story of ‘Kranti’ centers on NRI business tycoon Kranti Rayanna, who travels back to India to attend his elementary school's centennial celebration. The wealthy businessman launches a war against Salatri Arora to protect the futures of the schools and the students after learning that the tragedy was planned by Salatri Arora, a crooked businessman, and his henchmen, in order to privatise more public schools and increase their personal wealth.
Apart from Darshan, Kranti also stars Rachita Ram, Ravichandran, Sumalatha, Tarun Arora, Sampath Raj, P. Ravi Shankar, Achyuth Kumar, B. Suresha, Sadhu Kokila, Girija Lokesh, and others in key roles.
‘Kranti’ earned more than Rs 100 crore at the box office and became a success. The film will be released in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu. V Harikrishna directed the motion picture. The action drama film is written and directed by V. Harikrishna. Produced by B. Suresha and Shylaja Nag.
