Daily show Ginirama completes 200 episodes

Kannada daily soap Ginirama has successfully completed 200 episodes. The show has turned out to be one of the most loved daily shows on Kannada television. It indeed made its way into the club of top 5 shows in the latest TRP charts. According to the reports, Ginirama had bagged the fifth position in the latest TRP chart.
Ginirama revolves around the story of Shivaram and Mahati, who are in a love-hate relationship.While Shivaram is an angry young man, Mahati is a sweet and simple girl. Their relationship can be defined as chalk and cheese, who are destined to come together. The show has Rithvik Mathad and Nayana Nagaraj in the lead roles. They essay the character of Shivram and Mahati respectively.
Ginirama is said to be the remake of Marathi show Jeev Zala Yeda Pisa. Although the makers have adapted the same storyline, notable changes have been made in the script considering the nativity of Kannada viewers.
According to the latest storyline, Shivram and Mahati seem to be getting to know each other better. Shivaram sits with Mahathi while she rests and comments about her unfortunate situation. Shivaram calls her a kind-hearted person and feels bad for ruining her life with his boorish actions. Meanwhile, Bhavani wants Shivaram to lead an important function that is coming up soon. However, Shivaram is concerned about Mahathi's safety and refuses to take responsibility.
