Rekha Das grace the show along with her daughter-actress
Shravya. During her presence in the show, the actress spoke about her personal and professional life. She also opened up about her career in the Kannada film industry.
Talking about her initial days in the industry, Rekha mentioned that it was the most struggling days of her career. The actress, who has her roots back in Nepal, stated that she faced a lot of humiliation as she was not familiar with Kannada. Rekha also revealed that she was hardly given any dialogues in the movies as the team assumed that she could not deliver them properly.
However, Rekha spoke about how a particular incident turned the table in her career. Reminiscing a film shoot where she was yet again not given a dialogue in the scene, the actress revealed how she decided to take things to her hand. Rekha Das narrated how she approached the director to give her a dialogue in the scene. While she managed to convince the director for dialogue, the actress also stated that it was a do or die situation as the director tested her performance.
Needless to say, Rekha mentioned that she took the scene as a challenge and aced it. She went down the lane and remembered how everyone on the sets patted her back and praised her.
