Chandan Kumar shares his thoughts about drug abuse

, Chandan Kumar has supported the director’s stance about people involved in substance abuse in the Sandalwood industry.

Chandan Kumar, on his Instagram page, posted, “Do not Blame the Industry. Ban and arrest drug peddlers and addicts. Spare the innocents and strugglers who are loyal to hard work. (Sic)” Chandan was last seen on the Kannada serial Sarvamangala Mangalye. He is currently shooting for the Telugu serial Savithammagaru Abbayi. Few days after the police busted a drug racket which allegedly involved a small-time television actress called Anika, several Sandalwood and television actors are giving different statements about the usage of drugs in the Sandalwood industry.

Former Bigg Boss contestant and drag queen Adam Pasha had admitted to a new channel, that he had met Anika at a nightclub.

On the other hand, Indrajith Lankesh has visited CCB police station to record his statement today, along with the evidence. The director had said that he is ready to reveal names if protection is assured to him.
