, is all set to go on
air
on February 28. The
show
, which will feature
celebrities
from the silver screen, small screen and other sectors of entertainment industry as
participants
, is expected to have as many as 16 contestants.
In the wake of the pandemic, a source from the channel has informed us that all contestants will enter the house only after going through COVID-19 tests. The house itself has been sanitized and all due precautions are in place to ensure the safety of the participants. Additionally, a special medical team will monitor the health of the participants right through the duration of the show. As is the norm, the winner of the show will be declared after 100 days.
While there has always been a curiosity surrounding which of the celebrities here have made it to list of participants, some of the speculated names include Geetha Bharathi Bhat, Vaishanvi Gowda, Tharanga Vishwa, Sukrutha Nag, RJ Rajesh,
Sumanth Shailendra Babu
, Sunil Raoh, Anusha Ranganath, Hanumantha and Ravishankar Gowda.
The show, which was supposed to go on air last year, was pushed to 2021 due to the pandemic. Of his role as host on this show, Sudeep had said at a recent event, “I have enjoyed being the host of the show and I have learnt to be patient from the show. Before Bigg Boss, I had restricted myself to films, home and a few friends. Bigg Boss gave me the stage to meet new people.”
