Bigg Boss Kannada is back: Host Kiccha Sudeep shoots for the first promo

Bigg Boss Kannada is all set to return to the small screen with a brand new season. With the preparations for the reality show are in full swing, host Kiccha Sudeep recently shot for the promo of Bigg Boss Kannada.
Although the actor was tight-lipped about the shoot, it was the business head of the channel airing the show who dropped a hint on his social media handle regarding the promo shoot of the reality show.The maker shared a picture from the making of the promo shoot for Bigg Boss. The picture features host Kiccha Sudeep in it. Going by the picture, Sudeep is seen wearing a black blazer and shirt.

With the BTS picture from the promo shoot doing rounds on social media, fans are excited and looking forward to the launch of Bigg Boss Kannada.
Talking about the premiere of Bigg Boss Kannada, interestingly, unlike the previous years, the makers have planned to introduce a 'Mini season' ahead of Bigg Boss Kannada season 9.
According to a source, the Mini-season will stream on an OTT platform and is likely to premiere in the second week of August.
The Mini season of Bigg Boss Kannada is expected to feature digital media sensations and influencers as contestants. They will be locked inside the Bigg Boss house for a duration of 45 days and one winner will be announced during the end of the mini OTT season.
On the other hand, Bigg Boss Kannada season 9 will be launched on TV after the completion of the OTT edition. A few contestants from the Mini season are also likely to participate in BB Kannada season 9, sources suggest. However, an official confirmation is awaited at the moment.
Meanwhile, the 'Abhinaya Chakravarti' of the Kannada film industry Kiccha Sudeep will continue to host the show and entertain the viewers. The actor will host the Mini season as well as season 9 of Bigg Boss Kannada. He will be making his presence felt during the weekend episodes.
