Bigg Boss Kannada 9 winner Roopesh Shetty received a grand welcome in his hometown Mangaluru. Celebrations were in full swing as Roopesh returned to his hometown with the trophy. Fans felicitated him with garland and took him on a procession. They even cheered for him and appreciated his performance in the show. From kids to elderly people, the crowd was all praises for the winner. The celebrations went on for a long time on the main streets of Mangaluru city.
There was also a troop performing the 'Pilinalike' (Tiger dance) who welcomed Roopesh with full pride in Mangaluru. Not just the netizens, Roopesh Shetty was also felicitated by the Mangaluru police. IPS officer Shashi Kumar, who is the commissioner of Mangaluru city also felicitated Roopesh for his victory in Bigg Boss Kannada season 9. The event was witnessed by the other Police officers as well.
Interestingly, Roopesh Shetty's buddies in Mangaluru were also a part of the celebrations.
Actor-RJ Roopesh Shetty was announced as the winner of Bigg Boss Kannada season 9 on Saturday (December 31st). The grand finale was held in the Innovative Film City, Bidadi. Kiccha Sudeep hosted the grand finale and lifted Roopesh's hand as the winner of BB Kannada 9.
Speaking about his win, Roopesh Shetty said, "I have finally won Bigg Boss Kannada season 9. I am out of words to describe my emotions. My happiness has no limits right now."
