Bigg Boss Kannnada season 9 concluded its journey yesterday (December 31). The grand finale of the reality show got its ultimate winner of the season and Roopesh Shetty was elated to bag the trophy this season.

Shine took to his social media handle to congratulate Roopesh Shetty for winning Bigg Boss Kannada season 9. "Congragulations to the winner of #BBK9. One of the most handsome, talented actor and filmmaker, Roopesh Shetty (sic),” wrote Shine Shetty on his official Instagram handle.

To the unaware, in an exciting Grand Finale full of entertainment, the Mangaluru boy was declared the winner. Roopesh Shetty received the trophy and prize money of Rs. 50 lacs.

Not just the winner of Bigg Boss Kannada season 9, Roopesh had earlier emerged as the topper of the premiere season of Bigg Boss Kannada OTT. He indeed made his way to the television series of the reality show by emerging as one of the best performers of the OTT season along with Rakesh Adiga, Saniya Iyer, and Aryavardhan. Roopesh won Rs. 5 lakhs as the winner of Bigg Boss Kannada OTT.
