Bigg Boss Kannada 7: Confirmed list of contestants this season

Bigg Boss Kannada season 7 is all set for a grand premiere on Sunday (October 13). Host Kicccha Sudeep will welcome the show and introduce the 17 contestants, who will enter Bigg Boss house. The list of Bigg Boss Kannada 7 contestants includes celebs from TV, film and politics as well.

Here’s a quick look at the contestants taking part in the seventh edition of the reality show.

The actor from Mysore is quite popular among the TV audience. Kiran was seen portraying the lead character of Nakul in the daily soap Kinnari until he was replaced by another actor. He has acted in a few Hindi daily soaps as well.

Prathap known by his professional name Kuri Prathap is a comedian actor. Prathap has been part of more than sixty Kannada feature films and has featured on a popular Kannada prank show called Kurigalu Saar Kurigalu. He was recently seen in Kannada sketch comedy Majaa Talkies.

Actress Deepika Das is one among the popular faces of Kannada TV. The true blue fashionista is equally popular on social media and an avid animal lover. She shot to fame for her on-screen character Amrutha in supernatural daily soap Naagini.

Ranjini shot to fame as Gowri in a popular daily soap 'Puttagowri Madve", which is now renamed as 'Mangala Gowri Madve'. She has also been a part of Kannada movies like 'Rajahamsa and 'Thakkar'.

She recently turned creative director and scriptwriter for a newly launched Kannada daily soap Ishta Devate.

The curly-haired queen is known for her on-screen character Vachana in Kulavadu. Armed with a degree in journalism, she started her career as a journalist and then switched her expertise for the field of event management but eventually chose entertainment. She recently got hitched to her long term friend Raghu, who is also an actor.

Tharak Ponnappa, who is known for performance as Daya in KGF: Chapter 1. He was also the lead actor in daily soap 'Raaja Raani', which recently concluded its journey.

Having earned immense popularity in the Kannada film industry, Television is also not new to Jaj Jagadish. The actor was seen playing a prominent role in a popular daily soap Aramane, which went off air the previous year (2018). He also features in a newly launched daily soap 'Kasturinivasa'.

Last seen in daily soap Kinnari, Bhoomi Shetty is fondly known for her on-screen character Mani. She became popular within a short span of time and won the hearts of Kannada viewers.

Chaitra is one of the glamorous hosts in Kannada television. The popular VJ cum Emcee is a fashion conscious person and always dons herself with super expensive branded outfits.

Chaitra loves to shop. The VJ has a weakness for shoes and clothes.

An actor cum director Pankaj has worked in popular movies like Daksha, Padakam, Cheluvina Chilipili. His previous film to hit the theatres was Daksha in the year 2015. He is also the son of director and actor S Narayan.

Neha Patil has acted in movies like Sitara, Paru W/o Devadas. She has also had stint in a dance reality and played a pivotal role in the serial Janumada Jodi .

Sujatha Akshaya is a famous Kannada TV actress who is known for her role in the daily soap Radha Ramana. She was also an RJ and appeared in a few films too.
