Barrister Babu’s Kannada dubbed version 'Chikkyajamani' to premiere soon

Kannada television is all set to welcome a new Kannada dubbed show. While a few shows like Mahanayaka B R Ambedkar, Krishna Sundari, Trinayani and Subhash Chandra Bose have already impressed the viewers, a new Kannada dubbed show is likely to join the club shortly.Hindi television's popular show 'Barrister Babu' is being dubbed into Kannada as 'Chikkyajamani'. The show will be airing on a leading Kannada general entertainment channel (GEC). The timeslot of the new dubbed show is yet to be revealed, too. The channel airing the show has launched its first promo, which showcases a little girl questioning the older men of the village. The promo has garnered the attention of netizens on the channel's official Instagram handle. The Hindi show ‘Barrister Babu’ revolves around a child bride, Bondita Das, who is married to Barrister Anirudh Roy Choudhary. While Anirudh fights against society for her education to become a barrister.Bondita's age was originally set to be 8 years, but due to a break in the production during the pandemic, her age was adjusted to 11 years.Interestingly, Barrister Babu was recently been dubbed into Bengali and Tamil language, too.
