Akshitha Satyanarayana to make her movie debut; says "Happy to play a biker-girl in my first movie"

It's a dream come true moment for young actress Akshitha Satyanarayan. The actress is set to make her silver-screen debut with a bang. Akshitha is gearing up to begin shooting for her debut Kannada movie titled, Racer.

Speaking about the same with ETimes TV, the actress says she is thrilled and looking forward to her perfect debut.

"Oh! I am super excited about my debut in the Kannada film industry. I will be playing a chirpy biker girl in the movie. I am currently working on getting the heck of riding a bike. Although I am aware of riding a bike in general, I will be getting to ride superbikes in the movie as the story demands it. So, I am trying to get comfortable in handling the bikes in a way that it would help me shoot easily when we go on floors," shares the elated actress.

Akshitha avers she attended auditions to bag the project.

"I came across the casting call for Racer on Instagram and sent my portfolio to the team. Later, I was called for the look test and it went on really well. When they asked if I knew riding a bike, I told them I knew the basics of it. But, everything fell into its place nearly three months post my look test. I am glad I was able to crack the auditions," mentioned Akshitha.

The actress is currently looking forward to begin shooting for the movie.

Elaborating on it, she said, "The team has already started to shoot the movie. I will be joining them in the month of July and begin my portion of the shoot. The movie has eminent actors in prominent roles. I am excited to work with them all. Also, as I said, I am prepping myself in getting comfortable with bikes which are very important in the movie."

She further concludes by saying, "Having been in the industry for nearly four years now, I was looking to play a challenging role in my acting career. And, I am happy to play a biker girl in my debut movie itself. Hope it gives me a good break in my career."
