In a recent announcement, Kannada actress Adhvithi Shetty has officially declined the invitation to participate in the upcoming season of Bigg Boss Kannada 10. The actress, who has garnered a substantial fan following for her remarkable performances, took to her social media platform to address the speculation and share her reasons for opting out.
Adhvithi Shetty, along with her twin sister Ashvithi, received a call to join the reality show but has chosen to step back this time. In a heartfelt message to her fans and followers, Adhvithi clarified her stance and explained her decision.
In her social media post, the actress wrote "Hey everyone, I have been getting a lot of messages asking if I'm going to Bigg Boss this year. I just want to clarify. Me and Ashvithi both did get a call, but we respect the stage and would not want to go without any preparations."
Adhvithi Shetty went on to emphasize the significance of Bigg Boss as an incredible opportunity for actors and expressed her belief that contestants should approach the show with the right mindset. She stressed the importance of being mentally and physically prepared for such an undertaking, something she felt they hadn't been able to achieve in recent months due to personal challenges.
"The last few months have been hectic mentally and physically. We haven't concentrated on our health. Our only concern was our father's health, and he is not with us, and the pain itself is still there," Adhvithi shared candidly, touching upon a deeply personal and emotional aspect of her life.
She continued, "Leaving Mom and going to Bigg Boss will be a tough decision. So we didn't take it up. A lot of you got disappointed that we didn't take it up, but I hope you all understand and keep supporting us."
The actress further revealed that her work would be dedicated to her late father, and if she were to ever consider participating in Bigg Boss, it would be in his memory. She believed that her father would be watching over them from above and would be proud of her decision.
