Actress Sirija quits daily soap Ramachaari midway

Ace Kannada television actress Sirija, who was seen essaying the character 'Sharmila' in the daily soap Ramachaari, has quit the show. Reportedly, Sirija has quit Ramachaari owing to personal reasons. The show also marked the Kannada TV comeback of the actress after a long gap.

Sirija is tight-lipped about her decision. The makers are looking for a replacement for Sirija's on-screen character in Ramachaari.

Meanwhile, daily soap Ramachaari is one of the most-watched serials on Kannada television. The show has been treating the viewers with frequent twists in the storyline.

Ramachari narrates a gripping story revolving around a poor man and a rich girl falling in love and facing struggle. Ramachari has actors Rithvik Krupakar and Mouna Guddemane featuring in the lead role. While Rithvik essays a titular role in the daily soap, Mouna portrays the character of 'Chaarulatha' in Ramachari.

Besides Rithvik and Mouna, Ramachari has a star-studded ensemble of various actors like Anjali, Shankar Ashwath, Jhansi Subbiah, Siddharth R Swamy, Radha Bhagvathi and many others.
