Actress Ankita Amar mourns the demise of ace music composer Rajan

of Rajan-Nagendra fame breathed his last on Sunday evening. He was 87 years old.

fame Ankita Amar, who was also a student of the late musician has also mourned the demise of her favorite teacher.

Ankita took to her Instagram handle and shared an adorable picture with the late musician on her Instagram handle and wrote an emotional note which reads, "You will be remembered. Your discipline, your patience, your happiness, your teachings, your humbleness, your music! everything! You will always be one among my favorites. One of my best teachers. Love you loads sir. Thank you for giving me great blessings. I believe you will keep blessing us forever. Your presence, ambience and the vibes will be missed (sic)."

For the unversed, Rajan's son Ananth reportedly informed the media that the ace music composer succumbed to a

gastric disorder

. Apparently, he used to often complain about gastric related pain and on Sunday, when he went to sleep with the same pain, he eventually succumbed to the same.
