Kannada actor Rakshith Gowda, who was last seen as Vijay in the daily soap 'Amruthavarshini', will soon be making his TV comeback. Having tried his luck on the silver screen, Rakshith will now be portraying the lead role in the upcoming daily soap 'Yajamani'.
Yajamani is a female centric show that revolves around a middle-aged woman, who is yet to get married and faces a lot of humiliation from the society.
In Yajamani, Rakshith is paired opposite the gorgeous actress Sanatani.
The channel airing the show has already launched a promo of the soon-to-be-launched show, which has garnered quite a lot of attention from the viewers. In the promo, a woman is seen celebrating her birthday with her family members. One of her family members criticizes her for not getting married yet.
Interestingly, the show will be aired in the afternoon slot.
On the other hand, celebrities across the entertainment industry have wished Rakshith the best on his new venture.
Having started his career in 2012, Rakshith made his acting debut with the Kannada daily soap 'Amruthavarshini'. The actor became a household name with his performance as 'Vijay', which he played for five long years. He has also acted in a few Kannada movies.
