Abhishek Das talks about the harrowing life of an actor

Actor Abhishek Das has highlighted the plight of young actors in television by sharing a picture from the set on his Instagram page.

He recently wrote, “The life of an artist is soo much hectic at the beginning and when you are struggling. You miss the most precious moments to be spent with your family & friends.. No matter what you go through in personal life, depression, anxiety, stress etc.. after you put on make-up, you f***ing have to forget all that and ride your character to entertain you all. Sometimes being too busy is nice but you lose yourself, your personal work, hobbies & priorities. Misunderstanding with teams when you're too busy with various projects... sometimes working more than 18+ hours when you don’t get time to groom or pamper yourself.. Can’t follow fitness routine or diet when you don’t even get time to sleep.. but one thing for sure is, God will be watching you toil on the sets and he will reward you for sure. Once you're a superstar, the rest is Paradise( sic).”
